For an initial inquiry, an email with the text and the key details is sufficient. The more precisely we know the material, its purpose, and the deadline, the faster we can determine whether we can take on the assignment, what service is appropriate, and what it will cost.
Not everything settled yet? That is no obstacle. Send us what you already have, and we can clarify the open points together.

If full compliance with ISO 17100, including revision by a second qualified professional, is required, this should be stated in the initial inquiry.
A text for internal information is handled differently from a scientific publication, instructions for use, or a marketing brochure. The audience, target country, medium, and subsequent processing also affect language and editorial decisions.
Please tell us not only the result you need, but also the context in which it will be used. If subject-matter questions may arise during the work, it helps to have a contact who can clarify internal terms, abbreviations, or product details.
Existing terminology lists, earlier publications, parallel texts, illustrations, drawings, and layout files can be just as important to the result as the source text. Please also send material that explains the content or shows binding terminology.
Not every existing document is automatically authoritative. If several versions, terminologies, or spelling conventions are in circulation, please tell us which one should be followed.
We review the material and key details and contact you with any questions. If we can take on the project, you will receive a quote stating the source text, languages, scope of services, service level, fee, delivery date, and delivery format.
The contract is formed when you accept the quote in writing or issue a corresponding purchase order. If the material or circumstances change afterward, we agree on any necessary adjustments together.
Inquiries can be sent directly by email or through the inquiry form. We treat all documents as confidential.
